Thank you for choosing ELITECUSTOMS PCs. We’re committed to delivering high-performance custom gaming PCs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy.

Warranty Overview


All ELITECUSTOMS custom GAMING PCs include:

  • 6 Months Warranty on any (refurbished parts) custom built PC

  • 1-Year Warranty on completely new builds:


    Warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Hardware & Warranty Terms

  • Parts Warranty
    All BRAND NEW components are covered for 1 year from delivery or 6 months for REFURBISHED parts. Tampering with or removing warranty labels will void the warranty for the affected part. Any component alterations (including removal or upgrades) without prior authorisation from ELITECUSTOMS PCs, will void your entire warranty.

  • Repair Labour
    Labour costs for repairs are covered for 1 year for new builds or 6 months for refurbished.

  • Ownership of Faulty Parts
    Faulty components replaced during repairs become the property of ELITECUSTOMS PCs.

  • Repair Parts
    Replacement components used during warranty repairs may be new, refurbished, or equivalent in performance.

Returns & Shipping

  • Return Packaging
    Customers are responsible for securely packaging returns. Damage caused during transit due to poor packaging will be the customer’s responsibility. ELITECUSTOMS is not liable for shipping damage — claims must be made directly with the courier.

  • Return Authorisation (RMA)
    All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will be rejected.

  • Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs after 14 days from delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Reporting Damage
    Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your system. Failing to do so may result in repair/replacement costs. After this time, the product will be considered in working condition unless we are informed in writing.

Software & Support

  • Software Support
    We do not provide software support. If a system is returned with a software fault, a £50 fee will be charged to restore it to factory settings.

  • Data Backup
    Please ensure you back up your data. ELITECUSTOMS PCs is not responsible for any data loss.

  • Setup Time
    ELITECUSTOMS PCs is not liable for time spent setting up or troubleshooting your system.

Warranty Limitations

  • Third-Party Repairs
    Any repair done by a third party without written approval from ELITECUSTOMS PCs may void your warranty.

  • Overclocking or Third-Party Components
    The installation of third-party parts or overclocking will void the warranty in full.

  • Wear and Tear
    Claims related to general wear and tear are not covered.

  • Accidental Damage
    Any damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, unauthorised repairs, or natural disasters is not covered.

  • Warranty is Non-Transferable
    Only the original purchaser is entitled to warranty coverage.

  • No Fault Found Fee
    If no fault is found after 5 working days of testing, a £25 fee applies

Delays & Turnaround

  • Repair Times
    We aim to complete repairs promptly, but delays can occur if parts must be returned to manufacturers.

  • Damaged Return Packages
    If a return arrives damaged, the customer will be informed. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pursue claims with the courier.

  • Warranty Replacement
    Replacing a product under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.

Cancellations & Unwanted Orders

  • Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. A £45 (ex VAT) fee applies per custom system.

  • Unwanted Returns
    Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns for unwanted items are not accepted.
